Reliance Industries set out ambitious plans for India’s largest supermarket chain and the world’s fastest ever retail expansion programme. Andrew was invited to lead a launch team of 80 during initial design: global subject matter experts; training specialists; local market experts and senior executives.
The team hit an aggressive 3 month delivery plan, delivering a complete in-store operating model and the design of a training programme for half a million potential new recruits.
