ABOUT ME

A passion for retail

I am an independent consultant specialising in organisational effectiveness and hands-on transformation within the retail sector.  I am passionate about working with people and have managed large project teams in varied environments internationally.

Equally comfortable working on the shopfloor as presenting in the board room, I relish all aspects and elements of modern day retail - from food to luxury fashions, start-up to established.

In my time with Ernst & Young I developed a breadth of experience and a solid grounding in methodology-based consulting.

In recent years I have been engaged in the luxury segment working across Europe, India and North America.

Prior to consulting, I worked as an Operations Project Manager for British Airways.
